RTI (Right to Information) application describe in detail of the Right To Information Act 2005 of india in hindi language.

RTI is an Act of the parliament of india to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens and replaces the erstwhile Freedom of information Act.

Under the provisions of the Act, any citizen of India may request information from a ‘public authority’ which is required to reply expeditiously or within thirty days. The Act also requires every public authority to computerize their records for wide dissemination and to proactively certain categories of information so that the citizens need minimum recourse to request for information formally.

The objective of the Right to Information Act is to empower the citizens,promote transparency and accountability in the working of the Government,contain corruption, and make our democracy work for the people in real sense.

РТИ является актом парламента Индии, чтобы обеспечить очерчиваешь практический режим права на информацию для граждан и заменяет былую Закон о свободе информации.

В соответствии с положениями этого закона, любой гражданин Индии может запросить информацию от «государственного органа», который необходим, чтобы ответить оперативно или в течение тридцати дней. Закон также требует, чтобы каждый государственного органа компьютеризировать свои записи для широкого распространения и превентивно определенные категории информации, с тем чтобы граждане нуждаются в минимальном регрессе запрашивать информацию официально.

Целью права на информацию является расширение возможностей граждан, обеспечение прозрачности и подотчетности в рабочем правительстве, сдерживать коррупцию, и сделать нашу демократию работать для людей в реальном смысле.
